Service Description
This lower intensity class is perfect for those just starting out in their fitness journey and wanting to improve bone density and strength through controlled, low impact movements. It will include strength, balance, core, flexibility and overall functional movement to improve overall health. Each of the classes is structured differently. Mondays & Thursdays are station/circuit style (2nd Floor Gym), Tuesdays & Fridays are instructor led, focused on full body strength and cardio (1st Floor Gymnasium), Wednesdays are instructor led, focusing on balance, stability, cardio and core (1st Floor Gymnasium).

Cancellation Policy
For classes starting at 9:00am or 10:00am, in order to not be charged for the class, you must cancel by no later than 8:00am the day of the class. For classes starting at 4:30pm or 5:30pm, in order to not be charged for the class, you must cancel by no later than 12:00pm the day of the class. - Please see Cancellation, Terms & Conditions for further explanation on charges & cancellations.
